Investor Charter & Rights
As a client of JMD Invest, you have the right to fair, transparent and compliant advice. We adhere to the investor charters published by AMFI, SEBI and IRDAI, which entitle you to:
- Receive suitable recommendations based on your risk profile and goals.
- Be informed of all commissions, fees and conflicts of interest before you invest.
- Access complete and accurate information about every product recommended to you.
- Have your personal and financial information kept strictly confidential.
- Lodge and have resolved any complaint, fairly and within defined timelines.
Standard Risk Disclosures
- Mutual Funds: Investments in mutual funds are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance of mutual funds is not an indicator of future returns.
- Insurance: Insurance is a contract between you and the insurer. JMD Invest is a licensed intermediary and facilitates the purchase; claim settlement is governed by the insurer and IRDAI regulations.
- Depository & Trading: Investments in securities markets, including equities and derivatives, are subject to market risks. Derivatives (F&O) carry a high degree of risk and are not suitable for every investor.
Commission & Fee Disclosure
Our initial consultation is free and without obligation. We are remunerated primarily through commissions paid by product manufacturers (Asset Management Companies and insurers) on the products you choose to invest in. These commissions are disclosed transparently and are built into the product — there are no hidden charges to you. Where a fee-based service applies, it is agreed in writing in advance.
Grievance Redressal
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have a concern, please follow this escalation path and we will respond within the timelines indicated:

If unresolved, you may escalate to AMFI (SMART ODR / SEBI Scores) for mutual funds, or the IRDAI grievance portal for insurance.
For depository and securities-related complaints, escalate via SEBI's SCORES platform (scores.gov.in).
